What is Penile Head?
The Penile Glans is also called the ‘Head of the Penis.’ We prefer to use the term ‘glans.’ The Glans is a vascular structure and is very similar to the internal parts of the shaft. During erections, the shaft fills with blood and becomes firm, just like the rest of the penis.
The Challenge
The challenging aspect of enlarging the glans is that they lack the same type of skin and other structures we see on the shaft. Lacking these structures means that we need to modify our techniques in order to increase the size of the glans to match the shaft. The degree of change with a glans enhancement, while being noticeably larger, may not exactly match the shaft. However, even a 1/2″ increase for a penile head enlargement will help to balance a larger increase in shaft size.
Even though Glans enlargement requires a different approach, this does not mean that good results cannot be achieved from a enhancement for penile head enlargement from our team. Most members want to have a glans that is proportional to the increased size of the shaft. members who achieve significant increases in girth without proportionate glans enlargement may notice that the glans look small next to the now larger shaft.
Due to this potential visual appearance, we recommend that most members undergo simultaneous shaft and penile head enlargement to achieve balance and symmetry. For this reason, we offer a discount on Penile Glans enhancements when done at the same time as a Penile Shaft enhancement.
Try to take advantage of all opportunities to treat the Glans, because of the modest gains that result with each enhancement. Keep in mind that the Penile Glans normally varies in size, and thus, to have a Penile Glans the same size or even a little smaller than the Penile Shaft is not necessarily considered ‘disproportionate’. In addition, it is also very time and cost-effective when done together.
Lastly, the Penile Glans may be treated for not only Penile Shaft –Glans proportion issues, but for Penile Erect Length gains. The Penile Erect (and flaccid) Shaft can lengthen because treating the Penile Glans does contribute to overall Penile Length.
